Hotel Marcher - Busan

Lost my phone in a taxi when I arrived at the hotel, but the staff were great too assist me. They helped me reach out to the police and the taxi driver. The room I stayed in was spacious with a convenient location near the main street. There were some issues with the maintenance of the facilities. The air conditioning took a while to cool down, and the bathroom did not have heating were good. There were also not enough power outlets to charge devices comfortably. Despite these downsides, the staff remained friendly and helpful throughout my stay were great.

we got a room with a jacuzzi. tea/coffee making equipment and a refrigerator were a nice touch.

The bathroom lacked a shower curtain, leaving the entire space wet after use. Charging outlets weren't conveniently placed near the bed, and several didn't function properly. Tea and coffee supplies were not replenished , and even in the family room, towel supplies were insufficient-one morning, there was only one towel available. Space in the family room was quite cramped.

Location: the hotel was very close to Kkangdoong market, BIFF and Jagalchi market and subway and major bus routes and shopping spots. It was so close to Idiya Coffee, where you can have dinner. I had an exceptionally good room with a patio and everything was good...

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! The staff were helpful, providing me with an umbrella when it started to rain. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely bathtub and great amenities like skincare products and a safety deposit box.

Great Overall Experience with Room for Improvement

I enjoyed my stay, but beware of the smoking policy. After a rough first night in a smoky room, I was moved to a nicer one. The staff were responsive, though signage for non-smoking could help. Try the local restaurant nearby for great food!

This place was just a well-suited match for a speedy visit in Busan with value for money. The staff were friendly, going out of their way to help me with directions when I got a bit lost exploring. Bring your own toiletries as amenities were minimal in the bathroom.

The hotel is located right next to BIFF Square with plenty of convenience stores on either side. It's also close to bustling markets. The room I stayed in was spacious, nice for a comfortable work setting, and the room service was prompt and efficient.

While overall comfortable, the bathroom had limited heating, making it a bit chilly during winter.

The staff were super friendly and offered great assistance with our luggage. Breakfast was simple but tasty, with coffee and bread.

Hotel Marcher offers an excellent location close to bustling markets and eateries. The staff is notably warm and attentive, even providing umbrellas during unexpected rain. The design of the bathrooms lacks privacy, which can be a concern for some guests.

The location here is perfect, very close to many wonderful restaurants, making it comfortable and convenient.
